Refund Window
- Refund requests are only valid within the first 7 days of your initial purchase.
- Renewals and recurring subscription payments are non-refundable. Please make sure to cancel your subscription in advance if you no longer wish to continue.
Subscription Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to manage and cancel subscriptions before the renewal date.
- Failure to cancel on time will not qualify for a refund.
Refunds After 7 Days
- Refund requests made after the initial 7-day period may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- For approved refunds after 7 days, please note that 20% of the payment is retained to cover payment gateway and processing fees. You will receive 80% of the original payment.
