Bulk Mockup Photoshop Plugin is blank after updating Photoshop

If the Bulk Mockup Photoshop Plugin panel appears blank after a Photoshop update, you can usually fix it by resetting the plugin. If that does not work, reinstall the plugin.

Before you start, make sure you are using Adobe Photoshop CC 2022 or newer.

Reset the plugin

  1. Open Adobe Photoshop.

  2. Click Plugins.

  3. Open Bulk Mockup Photoshop Plugin.

  4. Click Reset BulkMockup.

  5. Wait a few seconds for the plugin to reload.

If the panel opens normally, you can continue using the plugin.

Reinstall the plugin if it is still blank

  1. Close Photoshop.

  2. Uninstall the Bulk Mockup Photoshop Plugin from your computer.

  3. Install the plugin again.

  4. Open Photoshop and launch the plugin from Plugins.

If the panel still appears blank after reinstalling, contact support and mention that the issue started after a Photoshop update.
