Restart or cancel your Bulk Mockup Version 3 subscription

Use Gumroad to cancel or restart your Bulk Mockup Version 3 subscription. This article explains where to manage your subscription, what to do if you cannot find the original email, and how the current refund policy applies to a new purchase.

Subscription changes are managed in Gumroad, not inside the Bulk Mockup Photoshop Plugin or on the Bulk Mockup website.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Open the Gumroad purchase email with the subject "You've subscribed to Bulk Mockup Version 3!".

  2. Click Manage Membership.

  3. Follow the on-screen steps in Gumroad to cancel the subscription.

If you cannot find the purchase email

You still have two fallback options:

  1. Check for the Gumroad renewal email with the subject "Recurring charge for Bulk Mockup Version 3." and use the membership link in that email.

  2. If you cannot find either email, go to https://app.gumroad.com/library, select Bulk Mockup Version 3, and manage your subscription there.

Restart your subscription

If you previously canceled and want to restart, open your Bulk Mockup Version 3 product in Gumroad from your email or from your Gumroad library and follow the available membership options there.
