How to Manually Install Bulk Mockup Version 3 on a Mac Device

Use this guide to manually install the Bulk Mockup Photoshop Plugin Version 3 on your Mac when you do not want to install it through Adobe Creative Cloud. Watch the video first, then follow the written steps below at your own pace. Before you start, make sure you are using Adobe Photoshop CC 2022 or later.

Step 1: Download the Bulk Mockup Version 3 file

1. Open your Gumroad purchase email or Gumroad library.

2. Download the Bulk Mockup Photoshop Plugin Version 3 file to your Mac.

3. Open your Downloads folder and confirm the file has the .ccx extension.

This is the file you will manually install into Photoshop.

Step 2: Rename the file from CCX to ZIP

1. Find the downloaded .ccx file in your Downloads folder.

2. Rename the file extension from .ccx to .zip.

3. Confirm the change if macOS asks you to use the new extension.

Step 3: Extract the ZIP file

1. Double-click the ZIP file after renaming it.

2. Wait for macOS to extract the file.

3. Make sure the extracted Bulk Mockup folder appears.

You will move this extracted folder into Photoshop in the next step.

Step 4: Copy the plugin folder into Photoshop

1. Open Finder.

2. Go to Applications/Adobe Photoshop [version]/Plug-ins.

3. Replace [version] with the Photoshop version installed on your Mac, such as 2024, 2023, or 2022.

4. Drag the extracted Bulk Mockup folder into the Plug-ins folder.

Step 5: Restart Photoshop

1. Close Photoshop completely if it is already open.

2. Open Photoshop again.

Photoshop must restart before it can load the newly copied plugin files.

Step 6: Open and activate the plugin

1. In Photoshop, open Plugins.

2. Select Bulk Mockup.

3. Paste your Gumroad license key into the activation screen.

4. Complete activation.
