How to Uninstall Bulk Mockup on a Windows Device

Use this guide to remove the Bulk Mockup Photoshop Plugin from a Windows device. The video below shows the process first, and the written steps underneath walk you through how to remove the plugin folder from Photoshop and prepare for a clean reinstall if needed.

Before you begin

  • Close Adobe Photoshop before you uninstall the Bulk Mockup Photoshop Plugin.

  • This guide is for Windows devices using Adobe Photoshop.

  • If you plan to install the current plugin again, you need Adobe Photoshop CC 2022 or later. See Which Software Is Required for the Bulk Mockup Photoshop Plugin?.

  • If you use Photoshop CC 2017 to CC 2021, contact [email protected] for the older compatible plugin version before reinstalling.

Step 1: Close Photoshop

  1. Save your work in Photoshop.

  2. Close Adobe Photoshop completely.

Do not leave Photoshop open while removing the plugin files.

Step 2: Open the Photoshop Plug-ins folder

  1. Open File Explorer.

  2. Go to this folder:

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop [version]\Plug-ins\
  1. Replace [version] with the Photoshop version installed on your computer, such as 2024, 2023, or 2022.

This is the same folder used to install the Bulk Mockup Photoshop Plugin on Windows.

Step 3: Find the Bulk Mockup plugin folder

  1. Look through the items inside the Plug-ins folder.

  2. Find the folder for the Bulk Mockup Photoshop Plugin.

If you have more than one Photoshop version installed, check the Plug-ins folder inside the version where you were using Bulk Mockup.

Step 4: Delete the Bulk Mockup plugin folder

  1. Select the Bulk Mockup Photoshop Plugin folder.

  2. Delete the folder from the Plug-ins directory.

Removing this folder uninstalls the Bulk Mockup Photoshop Plugin from that Photoshop installation.

If Bulk Mockup is installed in more than one Photoshop version, remove the plugin folder from each version where you want it uninstalled.

Step 5: Reopen Photoshop and confirm removal

  1. Open Adobe Photoshop again.

  2. Open the Plugins menu.

  3. Check that Bulk Mockup no longer appears there for the version you updated.

If you removed the correct folder, the plugin should no longer load in Photoshop.

If you are uninstalling to fix a blank plugin

If the Bulk Mockup Photoshop Plugin became blank after a Photoshop update, uninstalling and reinstalling is part of the recommended fix. For the full troubleshooting flow, see Bulk Mockup Photoshop Plugin is blank after updating Photoshop.
